A joint meeting was held in Zhetysu District Court No. 2 of Almaty

Recently, a joint meeting on the consideration of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 7, 2021 No. 81-VII "on amnesty in connection with the thirtieth anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was held in the Zhetysu District Court No. 2 of Almaty.

The meeting was attended by judges of the Court No. 2 of Zhetysu District of Almaty, Prosecutor of the Department of the prosecutor's Office of Zhetysu District of Almaty, lawyer of the 2nd Class B. K. Kuanysh, personnel of the Probation Service of Zhetysu district and a representative of the institution la-155/6. The participants discussed the procedure for applying the law" on amnesty in connection with the thirtieth anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan " to persons sentenced to punishment without isolation from society and studied this law. An agreement was also reached on the joint resolution of issues arising in the application of this law and the identification of persons subject to amnesty of socially vulnerable persons among convicts.
