A meeting was held with graduates of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S. Asfendiyarov

One of the missing professions in the Penal correction system is medical workers. In the institution la-155/6 there are vacant positions of 1 unit of SES bacteriologist, 1 unit of epidemiologist, 1 unit of sanitary doctor, 1 unit of phthisiator, 1 unit of general practitioner.

In this regard, recently, employees of the medical department of La-155/6 of the Department of UIs of Almaty met with graduates of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S. Asfendiyarov.

During the meeting, medical specialists of this institution told future doctors about the advantages and benefits of the work of internal affairs bodies, explained the specifics of their activities in the Penal correction system.

In particular, 1 year of work experience in the internal affairs bodies is calculated for 1.5 years, as well as those who have worked continuously in the internal affairs bodies for 25 years, retire regardless of age and receive compensation for rental housing in the absence of individual housing. Another option is to get an apartment under state programs.

We can say that the meeting between the staff of the DUIs and graduates of the university has become an effective way to attract medical workers to institutions.
