A chess tournament was organized among registered citizens

Recently, the Probation Service of Bostandyk District of Almaty together with the youth wing "Zhas Otan" organized a chess tournament among convicts registered with the District Probation Service. A total of 4 players took part in the tournament. The purpose of this event is to promote a healthy lifestyle within the framework of the work aimed at educating convicts, as well as to increase the prestige of employees of the Penal correction system who are responsible for holding the tournament, to identify active chess fans.

The tournament was held in a circular system, the strongest competed for the first place in the final. Each batch was allocated no more than 20 minutes. During this tournament, the first place was taken by a player named Alisher, the second place was taken by Ruslan, the third place was taken by Alexey, and the fourth place was taken by Bakhytzhan.

The participants of the tournament were awarded with letters of thanks.
