Socially significant issues were discussed

Recently, a round table was held, organized by the public fund" rematch". It was attended by representatives of akimats of Almaty and Turksib and Almaly districts, probation services of 8 districts of the city, the Center for AIDS prevention and control, the Center for mental health of Almaty, the local police service, and the media. 

 The purpose of this event, organized by the public fund" remansh", is to unite efforts and interaction in solving socially significant issues between vulnerable segments of the population, eliminate barriers to access to social benefits, benefits, treatment, employment, and prevent repeated crimes.

The round table discussed the work done on the social project" comprehensive service to the most affected people, vulnerable segments of the population during the state of emergency". The participants also exchanged views on the conditions that hinder the resocialization of people from low-income families in society and access to medical and social services.

Also, the participants of the Round Table got acquainted with the model of services aimed at legal, medical and social support of patients with human immunodeficiency virus, hepatitis, tuberculosis. It was noted that among those who need such support, there are convicted persons released from places of deprivation of liberty.
