AMNESTY TO BE HELD IN HONOR OF INDEPENDENCE

This year marks the 30th anniversary of independence of our sovereign country. In this regard, by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29 No. 443, the draft law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on amnesty in connection with the thirtieth anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was submitted to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic.

In the institutions of the Department of UIs of Almaty, work was carried out to explain the norms of the main provisions of this draft law to convicts. During the explanation, it was emphasized that the Amnesty Act does not apply to those who deliberately violate the order of serving sentences by convicted persons. The draft law" on amnesty " was posted on the stands of the legal information corners of each squad, and an interview was conducted with each convicted person.
