Search announced

The Probation Service of Bostandyk District of Almaty received a verdict from the Almaly District Court of Almaty on the imposition of a punishment that is not isolated from society. Convicted T is sentenced to a 200-hour public sentence.

However, the convicted T. did not come to the Probation Service for registration. In this regard, the Probation Service, which checked the defendant's place of residence, found that he does not live at the address specified in the sentence and at the place of registration. During the initial search, it was not possible for probation officers to determine the location of the defendant.

In respect of convicted t, in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 61 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the materials for the search were sent to the District Court No. 2 of Bostandyk District of Almaty. If the location of the defendant is determined after the announcement of the search, there is a risk of transferring him to a one-day detention for four hours of Public Works.
