During the meeting, specialists of the personnel policy department invited soldiers to serve in the Penal correction sphere and held a wide conversation about the specifics of serving in the internal affairs bodies.

Employees are fully provided with uniform clothing at the expense of the Republican budget and have the opportunity to enter higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

During the meeting, it was noted that the salaries of employees of internal affairs bodies are constantly increasing. For example, since January 1, 2021, wages have increased by 30%. One of the most important features of serving in the internal affairs bodies is that compensation is paid to the employee and each member of his family for renting housing.

During the meeting, which was held in order to replenish the personnel of the LA-155/18 DUIs institution, comprehensive answers were given to the questions asked by the soldiers.
