In Aktobe, employees of the department of regime and security of the KA-168/1 remand prison of the Department of Criminal Intelligence, during the inspection of the parcel that arrived at the institution, seized a mobile phone "minifon" and 2 SIM cards, which were carefully hidden, wrapped in food wrap in a jacket.

The 34-year-old citizen E. V. was going to deliver the items prohibited for use by convicts to the institution to her brother, convicted under the article "Robbery".

"Citizen E. V. in her explanations fully admitted guilt. A protocol was drawn up on the offender under Articles 791, 795 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the collected material was sent to the specialized administrative court of the city of Aktobe," said Ruslan Urazbayev, head of the Department of Criminal Justice for the Aktobe region.
