Aktobe has identified the "best squad leader"

Employees of educational services of institutions KA-168/1, KA-168/2, KA-168/3 competed with each other and determined the "best head of the squad" in the department of the UIS in the Aktobe region.

During the competition, employees of educational services of institutions KA - 168/1, KA - 168/2, KA-168/3, that is, the heads of detachments demonstrated and presented work on knowledge and skillful application in practice of the requirements of regulatory legal acts regulating their activities, first aid, possession of official documentation and skills in the field of information technology, competent planning and performance of official duties, rational, effective use of office time.

And in the 4th stage of the competition, a video was shown, prepared by the heads of the detachments about their one-day work and activities, in accordance with the daily routine from morning inspection to evening sleep, as well as with the evaluation of the documentation of the head of the detachment by the jury. At the same time, the competent jury was given situational questions concerning medical and vocational training, which had to be answered. Thus, the teachers of the squads, who tried to prove that they were octahedral, one-voiced men, tried to prove that they were the best squad leaders at all stages of the competition.

The jury paid attention to the professionalism, literacy of the contestants, the correctness of decision-making and answers, as well as the performing skills of the task. According to the results of the competition, the head of the department of educational and socio-psychological work among the convicts of the KA-168/2 institution, Senior Lieutenant of Justice Isatai Shotpakov, became the best head of the detachment. Now he will represent the Department of UIS in the Aktobe region at the republican contest "The best squad leader".
