Tactics of management with a personal staff and action techniques are summed up

Employees of the Personnel Policy Department of the Department of the Administrative Division of the Aktobe region conduct practical exercises on tactical and special training with the personnel of the Department and its subordinate institutions KA - 168/1, KA - 168/2, KA - 168/3.

During the exercises with the personnel, the "tactics of suppressing mass riots, personnel management and technique of actions" are being worked out. In addition, they are trained in drill techniques and actions in personal protective equipment and active protection.

In order to fulfill the requirements of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, tactical and special training classes are held monthly with the personnel of the institution in accordance with the plan.
