In Aktobe, a convict who saved a drowned child was awarded a medal from the Minister of Emergency Situations

18-year-old convict Aybar, who is registered with the probation service of the Almaty district of Aktobe DUIS in the Aktobe region, was awarded the medal "For saving a drowning man" from the Minister of Emergency Situations, Major General Yuri Ilyin.

The incident occurred on May 28 this year in the Aktobe region. Probationer Aybar, walking in the valley of the Kargaly River, saw a drowning child. Without hesitation, jumping into the water, he swam 2 meters from the shore and pulled the child out of the water.
