A citizen registered with the probation service of the Aktobe region was fined for illegally driving someone else's vehicles

A resident of the Mugalzhar district, who is registered with the probation service, received a fine of 58 thousand tenge for driving his friend's car. The application was made by the mother of a friend who is the legal owner of the car.

The offense of this citizen was revealed during the republican operational and preventive event "Conditional", conducted by the probation service of Mugalzhar district No. 1 of the Department of the Penal System in the Aktobe region.

In this case, convicted B. being in the daytime without a driver's license, asked a friend for a car and left his place of residence.

However, the mother of an acquaintance, who is the legal owner of the car, filed an application with the police department against a convicted person who is registered "for taking possession of a car without the owner's permission." As a result, the convicted B. was imposed an administrative fine for committing an offense provided for in Article 612 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

"The probation service selected explanations from this convict, conducted a preventive conversation.

In general, in connection with the republican operational and preventive measures "Conditional" taking place on the territory of the region, during the transition to work of the enhanced regime, convicts registered with the probation service are checked at their place of residence and conversations are held, comments are made on preventing new crimes that may lead them to imprisonment," said senior inspector of the probation service No. 1 of the Mugalzhar district, Senior lieutenant Gulzhanat Iskalieva.
