In Aktobe, 4 convicts released from behind bars took part in the event "Meeting at the gate" in order to adapt to society

In a correctional facility KA-168/2, Department of UIS in the Aktobe region, with the aim of providing initial assistance to convicts who had been released from custody, for rapid adaptation in society was organized the event "Meet at the gate."
"The purpose of the social project is to create conditions for social adaptation of convicts in the first days after his release from prison, providing them with social, psychological, domestic labour and care," commented inspector TBU KA-168/2 the penal system of the Aktobe region Kamshat Eltaeva.
Within the framework of the project, the employees of the Probation Service of the Almaty district of Aktobe and the city Employment Center, invited to the event, explained to the convicts released from the institution their rights and obligations, the procedure for registration with the internal affairs bodies, probation service, contact details of state institutions assisting in rehabilitation, employment, as well as registration with health authorities, etc.
It should be noted that on this day, 4 convicts were released from this correctional institution at the end of their sentence, one of whom will be registered with the probation service of the Almaty district of Aktobe, sentenced to community service.
