A convict who tried to bribe a probation service inspector was detained in Aktobe

In the course of operational measures carried out by the employees of their own security of the Department of the Penitentiary System in the Aktobe region, this fact of a 30-year-old Aktobe citizen convicted under the article "Robbery" was suppressed.
According to the inspector of the probation service of the Astana district of Aktobe, Senior Lieutenant of Justice Albina Irmagambetova, who is registered, the convicted person repeatedly violated the procedure for serving a sentence in the form of restriction of freedom, did not fulfill the duties established by the court for the crime he committed earlier. Nevertheless, for "hiding" the above illegal actions, as well as in order not to deprive him of his freedom, the convict wanted to bribe a probation officer by offering him money in the amount of 30,000 tenge.
- During the interrogation, the convict fully admitted his guilt. In case of confirmation of the composition of a criminal offense in his actions, the court will decide on the further serving of the sentence, - said the head of the Department of Criminal Justice in the Aktobe region, Colonel of Justice Almas Shamishev.
