A meeting was held at the Department of the Criminal Executive System of the Aktobe Region

Under the chairmanship of the Head of the Department of the Criminal Executive System of the Aktobe Region, Colonel of Justice Shaimerden Tazhikulovich Yesenkeldiyev, an expanded operational meeting was held to summarize the results of work for the 12 months of 2025.

The event was attended by heads of the department’s structural divisions, heads of institutions, and personnel. During the expanded operational meeting, the results of the past year’s activities were comprehensively analyzed, and an assessment was made of the measures implemented and the indicators achieved.

During the meeting, the Head of the Department communicated the instructions issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and outlined the main tasks and priority areas for the upcoming period. In particular, special attention was paid to maintaining service discipline and legality, strengthening human resources capacity, increasing the effectiveness of preventive work with convicted persons and individuals under probation supervision, as well as improving the professional training of employees.

In addition, the need to improve the material and technical base, develop digitalization processes, and strengthen efforts to protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens was emphasized. Specific instructions were given to eliminate shortcomings identified in the course of service and to prevent them in the future.

Following the meeting, a work plan for 2026 was approved, and all structural divisions of the department were instructed to ensure the high-quality and timely implementation of assigned tasks.
