Visit by the Chairman of the IDC of the city of Kostanay to convicts of the RSU "Institution of the УК-161/11"

For the first time, a meeting of convicted women with the chairman of the IDC of the Akimat of Kostanay Tyulubayeva Gulbaram was held at the RSU "Institution of the Criminal Code-161/11".
This event was held under the chairmanship of the deputy head of the "Institution of the Criminal Code-161/11" for educational work, Major of Justice Khabzulin Ermek Amanzholovich.
The event was of an introductory nature, which reflected various difficulties in the life of convicted women associated with being in places of deprivation of liberty.
The convicts did not hide their emotions, told about their problems, feelings and experiences.
- Such meetings are very important for women, because not every one of them can pour out her soul to correctional officers, so we, in coordination with the management of the "Institution of the Criminal Code-161/11", held this event and will continue to work in this direction on an ongoing basis, Gulbaram Tyulubayeva noted.
- I really liked the conversation with the chairman of the IDC, she opened up new opportunities for us, told us about helping convicted women after their release, thanks to the administration of the institution for this meeting.
These events in institutions are necessary so that convicts, while in prison, would feel like full-fledged citizens of our country.
