By order of the Head of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Kostanay region, Colonel of Justice Kayyrbekov Abai Serikovich, Lieutenant Colonel of Justice Nygmetzhan Yerkebulan Nygmetzhanuly was appointed to the post of head of the RSU "Institution of the Criminal Code-161/2" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Yerkebulan Nygmetzhanuly graduated from Kostanay Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2008. In the internal affairs bodies since October 2005.
