Extreme situations are those that pose great difficulties to a person, oblige him to complete extreme, extreme exertion of strength and capabilities in order to cope with them and solve his task.
Once in extreme conditions, each employee experiences great, and sometimes extreme loads, watching everything that happens and performing the necessary professional actions. An employee in an extreme situation must reflect, evaluate, draw conclusions, make decisions, think through ways of behavior and actions, mobilize his own strength and capabilities, overcome internal difficulties and fluctuations, subordinate his behavior to duty. What happens in his employee's psyche inevitably affects his professional activity.
The task of the staff psychologist, Major of Justice Rakhmetova Raushan is not simple. To train employees to overcome psychological difficulties arising in the course of operational and service tasks, to form important psychological qualities (emotional stability, observation, memory, thinking, attention). During the preparation for extreme actions, each employee forms a stable attitude to survival, overcomes feelings of fear, brings up a reasonable motivated risk, develops prudence and vigilance. In training sessions, an employee learns to look at himself from the outside, observe the expression of his face, forces himself to smile, even when he does not want to. This leads to relaxation of muscles and emotions. Such work is a guarantee of his effective and reliable actions in life– and health-threatening conditions.
