The training "Sports team building" was held at the RSU "Institution of the УК-161/2"

Purpose: to establish positive contact between convicts, regardless of age and occupied status in the subculture; formation of a positive psychological atmosphere; training in ways of productive interaction; creation of an informal environment to ensure physical and psychological relief. Expanding horizons and raising the level of communication, developing mutual trust and support in the team. The team building scenario included not only the theoretical part, but also the active part – games, riddles, puzzles.
Outdoor outdoor games allow you to relieve physical fatigue from the muscles, achieve an emotional switch from one type of activity to another. Outdoor games are especially loved by everyone, because they are an important source of joyful emotions. Games stimulate active work, thoughts, contribute to the expansion of horizons, the improvement of all mental processes. Outdoor games form positive moral qualities in children. Kindness, mutual assistance, support, courage, attentiveness, mutual assistance are highly valued among the players, and qualities such as cowardice, selfishness, bragging are condemned.

The event was interesting, the convicts actively participated in outdoor games and the theoretical part of the training. A total of 84 convicts took part.
