There were convicts who had a year or less left before their release. The convicts, taking the opportunity to clarify certain issues in terms of their upcoming release, asked questions of interest to them. The meeting was held through discussions and active dialogue, during which nuances were identified that require their immediate resolution: local executive bodies do not have an algorithm of actions when providing social and legal assistance to persons released from prison, when contacting state organizations providing their services, you need an EDS (on a flash drive). These problematic issues need to be considered at the level of the akimat for subsequent decision-making.
