A mini-football tournament was held at the RSU "Institution of the Criminal Code-161/2" of the CUIS of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which was dedicated to the memory of the heroically deceased employee of the UIS Aldenov Salimbek Kabenovich.

The tragedy occurred on July 17, 2006. Justice Captain Salimbek Aldenov, returning from work, crossed the Korean Bridge that spanned the Tobol River. Suddenly I heard a child's cry for help. Without wasting precious time, Salimbek immediately rushed into the water. With the last of his strength, he pushed a 10-year-old girl to the shore, and he died.

The courageous act of S. Aldenov will remain in the memory of his colleagues from the correctional institution for a long time, where he served as deputy head of the institution.

The last tournament was attended by six national teams from among the employees of the DUIS and convicts. In an acute struggle, the winner of the tournament was the team of convicts of the Institution of the Criminal Code-161/2, the silver was awarded to the employees of the Institution of the Criminal Code–161/2, the employees of the Department of Criminal Justice won the honorable third place. The best players in various categories were also awarded.

It is noteworthy that the relatives and friends of S. Aldenov, as well as veterans of the UIS, are constantly present at such sports tournaments.
