The probation Service of the Auliekolsky district was replaced by the type of punishment for imprisonment

The probation service of the Auliekolsky district has a person sentenced to restriction of freedom, S., convicted by the court of the Auliekolsky district under Article 188, part 2, paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan to 3 years 6 months of restriction of freedom, with the establishment of probation control involving forced labor for 100 hours annually during the entire term of serving the sentence.

When registering, the conditions of serving a sentence in the form of restriction of freedom were explained to the convicted person. Warned of responsibility for evading the control of the probation service and in case of non-compliance with the established requirements, on the recommendation of the probation service, the court may replace the restriction of liberty with deprivation of liberty. During the period of serving the sentence, preventive conversations were conducted, systematically checked at the place of residence.

However, during the period of serving the sentence, the convicted person committed a number of violations, for which he was warned about replacing the restriction of freedom with imprisonment.

Despite the warnings issued, the convicted person did not draw proper conclusions for himself, and continued to violate the conditions of serving his sentence.

The probation service of the Auliekolsky district sent the material to the court to resolve the issue of replacing the restriction of freedom with imprisonment for a term not served.
