The convicted Uzakbayev M. is kept under strict conditions of detention, has a second negative degree of behavior. In 2020 , he was transferred to a full security facility .

A video message of a citizen was published by Izgaliev M.M. in the interests of his brother – convict Uzakbayev M.M., addressed to the Head of State, about the inconsistency of living conditions in the institution, as well as the rude and tactless treatment of employees of the penitentiary.

For reference: On a daily basis, relatives of convicts held in the institution of the Criminal Code-161/12 call the duty station regarding their detention regime. Employees answer all questions asked by phone correctly and politely.
From the moment of arrival at the institution of the Criminal Code-161/12Arkalyk employees of the services carried out measures to adapt the convicted Uzakbayev M.M. in the institution of the Criminal Code-161/12. All activities were carried out according to the internal daily routine, no illegal actions on the part of the staff of the institution were applied to the above-mentioned convict.
No illegal actions were committed against the convicted person by the administration of the institution of the Criminal Code-161/12.

Here, a similar appeal was also posted by M.M. Uzakbayev himself with a video recording of the presence of traces of self-harm on his hands.

It is established that the convicted Uzakbayev M.M. prepared this video with traces of damage from self-mutilation in advance, in order to discredit the staff of the institution, and with the help of previously seized cell phones sent it to his brother for posting on social networks.

During the physical examination, minor injuries in the form of shallow cuts were found on the forearm of both hands of the convicted Uzakbayev M.M..

The convict's state of health is satisfactory, he does not need hospitalization.

This fact was registered in the Institution's CUI and sent to the Department of Internal Security of the DP region to make a procedural decision. At the same time, a service check is assigned to the DUIS.
