For violating the conditions of serving his sentence, the convict was sent to jail

Convicted K. has been registered with the Probation Service of the Auliekolsky district since the end of last year. He was released on mitigation of punishment. Relatives, friends and the chosen one were waiting at home. After being registered, the inspectors explained to him about the need to conscientiously observe the procedure and conditions for serving a sentence in the form of restriction of freedom, not to allow administrative and criminal offenses. In addition, he was accompanied to the employment center to resolve the issue of employment, and the necessary documents were collected to receive a one-time cash allowance.

The incentive for a speedy release was a meeting with a girl. The man met her while serving his sentence in a correctional institution. But the positive attitude of K. it didn't last long. The convicted person on a permanent basis began to violate the order of serving his sentence, protocols of administrative offenses were drawn up. On the basis of this, the Probation Service staff collected and sent the material to the Auliekolsky District Court to resolve the issue of replacing the restriction of freedom with deprivation of liberty.

At the end of February of this year, a court session was held, to which convicts without isolation from society who are at risk, that is, who may commit a repeat crime, were invited, for a clear example of the possibility of replacing the type of punishment with imprisonment, in case of malicious evasion. In the presence of the convicts, the representation of the Probation Service of the Auliekolsky district was satisfied, and those present were able to clearly see the need for conscientious compliance with the duties imposed by the court verdict.
