Social Health Insurance Project (hereinafter referred to as the Project) is co-funded by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (hereinafter referred to as the World Bank). Its objective is to improve accessibility, quality and efficiency of the healthcare delivery system, and to reduce the financial risks for the population caused by serious health problems. The implementing agency is the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry).
Given the current epidemiological situation in the country, the Ministry intends to use part of the funds for the purchase of artificial lung ventilation devices.
In order to study the market and carry out a possible purchase of artificial lung ventilation devices, we hereby ask you to provide information on the available capability to supply artificial lung ventilation devices, including the following information:
- available stock of artificial lung ventilation devices;
- delivery terms and conditions;
- scope of delivery;
- the prices of the artificial lung ventilation devices.

Учитывая сложившуюся эпидемиологическую ситуацию в стране, Министерство намеревается использовать часть средств на закуп аппаратов искусственной вентиляции лёгких.
В целях изучения рынка и возможного приобретения аппаратов искусственной вентиляции лёгких настоящим просим предоставить информацию о имеющейся возможности по поставке аппаратов искусственной вентиляции лёгких, включающую следующую информацию:
- наличие аппаратов ИВЛ;
- условия поставки;
- объем поставки;
- стоимость аппаратов ИВЛ.
