Contract Title: Procurement of laboratory equipment for conduct of studies
Reference No. SHIP-2/1-LE-01-rebidding.
- The Republic of Kazakhstan has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development toward the cost of the Social Health Insurance Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract No. SHIP-2/1-LE-01- rebidding «Procurement of laboratory equipment for conduct of studies».
- The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for procurement of laboratory equipment for conduct of studies. Term of delivery and installation - 45 days.
- Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits”, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines5. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 of the Guideline setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, attention to – Botakoz Bekhozhina – National Project Coordinator, e-mail: kazhealth.procurement@gmail.com and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 09:00-12:30 and 14:30-18:00 Monday-Friday, except official holidays.
- A complete set of bidding documents in English and Russian languages in pdf format may be sent to interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the e-mail kazhealth.procurement@gmail.com
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 16:00 on October 21, 2021. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 16:00 on October 21, 2021. All bids must be supported by a Bid Security of 5 000 USD or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency, including in Kazakhstani tenge.
