Dear compatriots!

Brothers and sisters!

Right now, all of humanity on the planet is facing a global threat – coronavirus infection COVID-19, classified by the World Health Organization as a pandemic.

In this difficult situation, in which the coronavirus pandemic plunged the entire world, we, Kazakhstanis, are going through special trials that our society has not faced so far.

Preventing the further spread of COVID-19 has become our common responsibility.

After the state of emergency and a period of strict quarantine measures in the cities and regions of the country, people have gradually begun to return to the old rhythm of life.

Time has shown that a pandemic can only be overcome together, by adhering to further quarantine measures, discipline and government-recommended security measures.

However, today we are observing a frivolous attitude towards the requirements of the sanitary-epidemiological regime, despite repeated warnings and constant informational messages.

People are often seen using public transport without personal protective equipment. In public places, adults and children walk without wearing masks, restaurants and cafes host events with the participation of a large number of guests.

Unfortunately, all this has led to an increase in the incidence rate among the population of the country, and as a result, to an increase in the number of patients with moderate and severe degree of the disease.

In many cases, non-compliance with security measures is due to the spread of erroneous information that the dangerous COVID-19 virus does not exist at all, and these are all myths and fabrications. And therefore, there is no need to follow the recommendations of specialists aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus infection.

Indeed, the virus cannot be seen or felt by humans, which leads to the false impression that there is no danger.

Today, it is important for all of us not to succumb to the influence of false information, but to rely only on official sources.

Dear fellow countrymen!

As representatives of our communities and called to proclaim the ideals and values of the Almighty, we remind you: the most important value for Him is the life and health of each of you! We ask you to comply with all the rules and regulations prescribed by the sanitary services.

For in today's situation, non-compliance with personal and public safety measures is extremely dangerous for the health and life of each of us, as well as our loved ones, relatives, acquaintances, and everyone around us. We can show our care for the loved ones, love for the family, and respect for others only through mandatory observance of precautionary measures.

We have gone through many difficulties and trials.  Overcame and came out of them with honour, when we realized our high responsibility, the need for cohesion, mutual support and discipline.

Now is just such a moment. And we must show responsibility and discipline in order to overcome this trial too!

Today, we all come together in prayers for the well-being of our country and the planet, for the health and life of each of its inhabitants, for the return to normal life, when we can hug again, engage in our favorite work and studies, communicate with our loved ones.

In the name of the coming of this long-awaited time, we wish all the people of Kazakhstan wisdom, strength, courage, Faith, Hope, Love!
