Berik Aryn introduced the new rector to the Nur Mubarak University team

On October 7, on the Teacher’s Day, Vice Minister of Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Berik Aryn visited the Kazakh-Egyptian University of Islamic Culture “Nur-Mubarak” in Almaty. He explained the main priorities of the Address of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan “Growth of the welfare of Kazakhstanis: Improving incomes and Quality of life” and introduced the new rector, Muhammad Shahkhat al-Jindi, to the university staff.

The meeting was attended by the Supreme Mufti, Chairman of the Religious Administration of Kazakhstan’s Muslims Serikbay kazy Oraz, faculty of the university and students.

Berik Aryn in his speech noted the importance of the Address of the Head of State in reforming the education system and introducing new educational standards.

“In the Address of the President of the country, special attention is paid to the development of education. The head of state instructed to develop and adopt the Law "On the Status of Teachers", to pursue a policy of consolidation of universities, to increase the requirements for the quality of training in educational institutions. These comprehensive measures should bring the entire education system to a new level. I take this opportunity to congratulate everyone on Teacher’s Day! Your noble work enjoys well-deserved respect in society, I wish you health, prosperity, optimism, creative growth”- said Berik Aryn.

After that, Berik Aryn introduced the University staff to Muhammad Shahkhat al-Jindi, who was appointed rector of the university by the decision of the Board of Trustees of the Nur Mubarak University. Vice Minister wished Muhammad Shahkhat al-Jindi creative success and fruitful work.
