A meeting of representatives of the IIOR of the Republic of Kazakhstan with employees of the representative office of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ)

On April 6, 2021, an online meeting was held between representatives of the Ministry of Information and Social Development with employees of the representative office of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ). The Ministry was represented by the head of the Department for the Coordination of Rehabilitation Work E.Zh. Esbergenov, expert I.I. , and on the part of the GIZ representative - the project manager Mrs. Kati Zetzkorn and the project assistant Christina Yakuba.

During the meeting, the GIZ staff presented the project "Preventing Violent Extremism in Central Asia", the overall goal of which is aimed at improving mechanisms to prevent manifestations of violent extremism.

The parties discussed individual points on the implementation of the proposed project and other issues of further promising cooperation between the Ministry and GIZ.
