Held the first of a series of training webinars for specialists in the religious sphere

On November 5 this year, the Committee on religious Affairs held the first of a series of training webinars for specialists in the religious sphere within the framework of the new project "Smart media".

The online workshop was attended by Deputy Chairman Of the Committee on religious Affairs Anuar Khatiev, head of the Department for coordination of prevention of religious extremism in the Internet space of the Committee Zhapal Doliev, as well as specialists from Aktobe, Almaty, Mangistau and Turkestan regions.

Within the framework of the project, employees of regional departments for religious Affairs and their subordinate centers for studying religious issues will be trained in practical work in social networks.

The goal of the project is to increase the effectiveness of using Internet tools to explain the secular principles of state development, promote interfaith harmony, and prevent religious extremism.

As a result of the project, it is expected to train media-literate experts-practitioners who have a set of skills and abilities that allow analyzing and critically evaluating existing data, creating high-quality content in various formats and effectively promoting it.
