About the temporary work schedule of the MIID RK in connection with the tense epidemiological situation

Dear employees!

 

Due to the tense epidemiological situation and preventing the spread of coronavirus infection, as well as in order to preserve the health of government employees themselves, for the period of the crisis, from March 20 this year Entrance to the building will be strictly in the presence of a medical mask. In the absence of masks, the entrance to the building to the employee or visitor will be prohibited.

Please comply with the above requirements.

Additional Information:

The Ministry is currently taking the following measures:

• additional sanitation treatment of premises and public places with disinfectants is carried out hourly;
• replacement of filters of the supply and exhaust system with subsequent daily cleaning;
• periodically (every 2 hours) airing the halls through the open access of outdoor air;
• limited access to visitors to the building;
• a ban on entering the building without wearing medical masks;
• additional purchase and installation of dispensers with an antiseptic for hand treatment is carried out on all floors of the building;
• an order has been placed for the purchase of medical masks for employees;
• wet cleaning of buses to transport employees with disinfectants before each flight;
• study of the issue of opening a medical center in the building "Transport tower" with the deployment of medical workers of the Medical Centre of PAA of the Republic of Kazakhstan for checking employees and visitors of the Ministry using a contactless thermometer to determine the body temperature of a person.
