On amendments and additions to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2019 No. 538 "On the establishment of exemption from the national regime"
The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
To make the following amendments and additions to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan
dated July 26, 2019 No. 538 "On the establishment of withdrawal from the national regime":
add paragraph 1-1 in the following wording:
«1-1. To establish that public procurement of goods specified in the annex to this resolution is carried out by means of a tender with preliminary qualification selection in the manner determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurement.";
paragraph 2 should be worded as follows:
"2. To allow goods produced by a legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan having an Industrial certificate issued in accordance with the established procedure to participate in public procurement.";
add paragraph 2-1 in the following wording:
«2-1. When delivering goods within the framework of public procurement, the supplier provides an original or a copy of the established sample, or a copy of the Certificate of Origin of the goods "ST-KZ" certified by an authorized organization, issued in accordance with the established procedure.".
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
