On the approval of the Rules for the provision of measures of state stimulation of industry aimed at increasing the labor productivity of subjects of industrial and innovative activity
In accordance with subparagraph 19) of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Industrial Policy" and subparagraph 1) of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services", I ORDER:
To approve the Rules for the provision of measures of state stimulation of industry aimed at increasing the labor productivity of subjects of industrial and innovative activity in accordance with Annex 1 to this order.
Recognize as invalid some orders on the list in accordance with Annex 2 to this order.
The Industrial Development Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Control over the execution of this order should be entrusted to the supervising Vice-Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
