On approval of the methodology for assessing the level of redistribution of goods for inclusion in the list of priority goods
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Industrial Policy", I ORDER:
Approve the attached Methodology for assessing the level of conversion of goods for inclusion in the list of priority goods.
2. The Committee for Industrial Development of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, shall provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Control over the execution of this order should be entrusted to the supervising Vice-Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
