About some issues of export regulation

In accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 and paragraph 2 of Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On National Security of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Article 29 of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as section 10 of Annex 7 to the said Treaty, I ORDER:
Introduce a ban on the export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to third countries for a period of six months of medium-density fiberboard (MDF), with a thickness of more than 9 mm, without mechanical treatment or surface coating (HS Code 4411141000); fiberboard, with a density of more than 0.8 g/cm3, without mechanical treatment or surface coating (HS Code 4411921000); chipboard, untreated or without further processing, except grinding (HS code EEC 4410111000).
To notify the Committee of Industrial Development of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on ensuring control over the execution of paragraph 1 of this order in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) Joint Stock Company "National Company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" (as agreed) on the application of measures to implement paragraph 1 of this order in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) The Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the need in accordance with the established procedure:
inform the Eurasian Economic Commission about the introduction of the ban specified in paragraph 1 of this order;
to submit for consideration by the Eurasian Economic Commission a proposal on the introduction of the measure specified in paragraph 1 of this order in the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The Industrial Development Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Control over the execution of this order should be entrusted to the supervising Vice-Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
