Activities related to the development, production, acquisition, sale, storage of explosive and pyrotechnic (except for civil) substances and products with their use are carried out on the basis of a general license issued by the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Qualification requirements for the implementation of activities for the development, production, acquisition, sale, storage of explosive and pyrotechnic (except for civil) substances and products with their use and the list of documents confirming compliance with them were approved by Order No. 843 of the Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 9, 2016.
The procedure for submitting and reviewing an application for permission of appeals is established by Appendix 1 to the Order of the Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 30, 2015 No. 563 "On approval of standards of public services in the field of industry and export control".
Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services is carried out through:
office of the service provider;
e-government web portal www.egov.kz , www.elicense.kz (hereinafter referred to as the portal).
