On September 16, 2019, Resolution No. 689 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan was adopted On Amendments to Resolution No. 59 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 16, 2015 "On Approval of the List of Poisons, production, Processing, Acquisition, storage, Sale, use and Destruction of which is subject to licensing" (hereinafter - the resolution).
Additions to the resolution were made in order to bring into line the list of poisons, the production, processing, acquisition, storage, sale, use and destruction of which are subject to licensing with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 5, 2008 No. 104 "On approval of the nomenclature (list) of products subject to export control" and with the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated April 21, 2015 No. 30 "On non-tariff regulation measures".
The Resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of twenty-one calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
