On approval of the Regulations of the Republican State Institution "Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and its territorial divisions
Order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 67 dated February 7, 2019.
In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2018 No. 936 "On certain issues of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Amendments and Additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:
Approve the attached:
1) The Regulations of the Republican State Institution "Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to Annex 1 to this order;
2) The regulations of the Republican State Institution "Department of the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Nur-Sultan" according to Annex 2 to this order;
3) The Regulations of the Republican State Institution "Department of the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Almaty" according to Annex 3 to this order;

The Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
1) within ten calendar days from the date of approval of this order, its electronic transmission in Kazakh and Russian languages to the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Republican Center for Legal Information" for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Control over the execution of this order should be entrusted to the supervising Vice-Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This order is put into effect from the date of its signing.

Regulations of the Republican State Institution "Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan"
Chapter 1. General provisions
The Republican State Institution "Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) is an agency of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as – The Ministry), exercising, within its competence, leadership in the fields of industry and industrial and innovative activities: mining, metallurgy, coal, mechanical engineering, chemical, pharmaceutical, light, woodworking, furniture industry, production of building materials; development of local content; functioning and abolition of special economic zones; export control and licensing of certain types of activities; industrial safety; energy conservation and energy efficiency improvement, (hereinafter referred to as regulated areas).
The Committee has organizations and territorial divisions in accordance with annex 1 to this regulation.
The Committee carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as this Regulation.
