The state service "Issuance of permits for the permanent use of explosives and products based on them" is provided by the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This state service is provided on the basis of Article 6 of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of explosives and products based on them" (TR CU 028/2012) and Article 75 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Protection" (hereinafter - the Law) and gives the right to use explosives and products based on it at hazardous production facilities in the member States of the Customs Union.
