Permits for the production of blasting are issued by the territorial divisions of the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The rule for issuing permits for the production of explosive works is established by Order No. 350 of the Ministry dated 30.12.2014 "On approval of the Rules for issuing permits for the production of explosive works".
