Registration of the declaration of industrial safety is carried out on the basis of Article 76 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Protection".
Mandatory declaration of industrial safety of a hazardous production facility is carried out in order to assess the sufficiency and effectiveness of measures to ensure industrial safety and protect the population from harmful production factors.
The industrial safety declaration must comply with the criteria for classifying hazardous production facilities as declared, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 31.07.2014 No. 864 "On approval of criteria for classifying hazardous production facilities as declared", as well as the requirements for the development of an industrial safety declaration, established by the Order of the Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.12.2014 No. 341 "On approval of the Rules Defining criteria for Classifying hazardous production Facilities as Declared, and the Rules for the development of the declaration of industrial safety of a hazardous production facility." http://adilet.zan.kz/rus/docs/P1400000864 №864, http://adilet.zan.kz/rus/docs/V1400010257, №341
