RSU "Department of the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Ministry) in the Akmola region" provides the following public services:
1. Issuance of permits for the production of blasting;
2. Approval of project documentation for construction, expansion, reconstruction, modernization, conservation and liquidation of hazardous production facilities;
3. Registration and de-registration of dangerous technical devices.
These public services are provided in accordance with: standards of public services in the field of industrial safety, regulations of public services in the field of industrial safety, as well as on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Permits and Notifications".
The provision of the state service "Issuance of permits for the production of explosive works" is carried out in accordance with Article 75 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Protection" dated April 11, 2014 No. 188-V 3PK.
Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services are carried out through:
1. the office of the service provider;
2. e-government web portal www.egov.kz .
The term of rendering the state service: from the moment of delivery of the package of documents to the service provider – 5 (five) working days;
The state service "Approval of project documentation for construction, expansion, reconstruction, modernization, conservation and liquidation of hazardous production facilities" is provided in accordance with Article 78 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Protection" dated April 11, 2014 No. 188-V 3PK.
Acceptance of the application for the provision of public services is carried out through the Non-profit Joint Stock Company "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (PSC).
The term of rendering the state service: from the moment of delivery of the package of documents to the State Corporation for receiving the state service through the territorial departments of the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety – 15 (fifteen) working days;
The state service "Registration and de-registration of dangerous technical devices" is provided in accordance with Article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Protection" dated April 11, 2014 No. 188-V 3PK.
Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services is carried out through the office of the service provider.
The term of rendering the state service from the date of submission of the package of documents to the service provider is 10 (ten) working days.
The reception of documents and the issuance of the result of the provision of public services is carried out from 9.00 to 17.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours. Appeal against decisions, actions (inaction) of the service provider and (or) its officials, the State Corporation and (or) its employees on the provision of public services, the complaint is filed to the head of the service provider, the State Corporation or to the head of the Ministry at the addresses posted on Internet resources:
