The conclusion on the non-ownership of goods, technologies, works, services, information to products subject to export control and the possibility of export/import without a license is issued by the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the applicants' request.
The list of products subject to export control was approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 5, 2008 No. 104 "On approval of the nomenclature (list) of products subject to export control".
The procedure for submitting and reviewing an application for a permit is established by Annex 11 to the Order of the Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 30, 2015 No. 563 "On Approval of standards of public services in the field of industry and export control".
Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services is carried out through the e-government web portal www.egov .kz, www.elicense.kz.
