Transit of products subject to export control through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out on the basis of a permit issued by the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The rules for issuing permits for the transit of products were approved by Order No. 384 of the Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2015.
The procedure for submitting and reviewing an application for a permit is established by Annex 4 to the Order of the Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 30, 2015 No. 563 "On approval of standards of public services in the field of industry and export control".
Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services is carried out through:
non-profit Joint Stock Company State Corporation "Government for Citizens";
e-government web portal www.egov .kz, www.elicense.kz.
