Certificate of registration of chemical products is a document issued by the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for chemical products in order to confirm its registration and entry into the register.
According to paragraph 2 of Article 12 of the Law "On the Safety of Chemical Products", chemical products that are not registered in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are not allowed to apply. The applicant (manufacturer, supplier, importer) supplying chemical products to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is obliged to accompany it with a safety data sheet.
The procedure for rendering the state service "Registration and accounting of chemical products" is defined by the Order of the Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 28, 2015 No. 520 "On approval of the standard of the state service "Registration and accounting of chemical products"" and the Order of the Acting Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 28, 2015 No. 667 "On approval of the Regulations of the state service "Registration and accounting of chemical products".
Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services is carried out through the e-government web portal www.egov .kz , www.elicense.kz .
