Open Normative Legal Acts

Open Normative Legal Acts is a component of the "Open Government". This portal ensures the participation of citizens in the consideration of public initiatives, draft normative legal acts and decisions of state bodies.

On the Internet portal of the open NLA, all bills, draft NLAs and standards of public services of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Ministry) are mandatory for public discussion.

In 2017, 160 projects of the open NLA of the Ministry have been posted on the Internet portal.
