Thus, the results of the six-month work showed that some departments send the issue of opening inspections to the Committee without a detailed study, in addition, in the departments of ecology in the West Kazakhstan, Almaty, Turkestan regions and in Nur-Sultan, activity in social networks has been reduced, the indicators of work with the public and with the media have become significantly lower than the previous one, there is an untimely response and taking measures to localize situations in social networks.
Compliance with the principle of the "Listening State" should be ensured, which is why appeals, as well as environmental issues raised in the media space and timely action on them is a priority task of the Committee.
