New details of the audit of "Paris Commune XXI" LLP - the company was obliged to pay more than 7 billion tenge

Recall that residents of the village of Bestamak of the Alginsky district of the Aktobe region filed a complaint with the Department of Ecology of the region about the activities of the livestock enterprise "Paris Commune XXI" LLP. People complained about the pollution of the area and the unbearable smell.
During the unscheduled inspection, the fact of placement in the excavated trenches in a mixed form with partial burial of biological and construction waste was established. The area of placement was 5.6 hectares. At the same time, the environmental project provides for the processing of animal remains.
There is also no equipment for wastewater treatment available in the project documentation.
The discharge was carried out in the bed of the Baibakty River without cleaning. Chemical analysis of soil samples showed an excess of the concentration of pollutants on an area of more than 26 thousand m2.
In addition, the livestock complex, designed for 40 thousand heads of pigs, actually contained more than 51 thousand heads.
For violations of the environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the partnership was imposed 13 fines, 3 protocols on administrative offenses on the facts of obstruction in the form of failure to provide the requested information, 6 claims for compensation for damage caused to the environment for a total of 7 billion rubles. 27 million 500 thousand tenge.
Such a huge fine is explained by excessive and unauthorized emissions, discharges and disposal of waste that polluted the ecology of the area and the bed of the Baibakty River.
In case of non-voluntary compensation, the materials will be sent to the court for enforcement.
To date, three claims have been filed for the suspension of the economic activities of Paris Commune-XXI LLP, as well as for the deprivation of the conclusion of the state environmental expertise and permission for emissions into the environment.
All materials of an unscheduled audit by the partnership are appealed in court in courts of different instances (appeal board, administrative and economic courts of the region).
Regulations to eliminate violations, restore the environment and bring it into compliance with environmental requirements are under control.
