A fine of 350 thousand tenge was imposed on the company that burned car tires in Almaty region

She testified that on January 4 this year, about 10 a.m. between the villages of Almaty and Katyrbulak workers SCE "Talgar su" really were working for thawing water lines by burning tires.
Thus, the requirements of Article 288 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan were violated in terms of non-compliance with the requirements for the protection of atmospheric air and fire safety when storing and burning industrial and household waste.
The company was fined under Article 336 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount of 120 MCI in the amount of 350 thousand tenge. Also, the management of the Department of Ecology conducted explanatory work on compliance with the requirements of environmental legislation, gave instructions on the elimination and prevention of such violations in the future.
