Residents of the village of Bestamak in the alginsky district of Aktobe region filed a complaint with the Department of ecology of the region about the activities of the livestock enterprise "Paris commune XXI" LLP.

For identified violations of environmental legislation, the Department initiated 11 administrative proceedings against the company. As well as 3 administrative protocols for obstructing the provision of the requested information.
A criminal case has been opened on this fact. Currently, the amount of damage caused by the enterprise to the environment is calculated. In addition, a lawsuit will be initiated to suspend the activities of the LLP in terms of waste disposal and wastewater discharge.
